The Tip Charger uses plasma technology to sterilize pipette tips in the pharmaceutical laboratory. Phase One Design first designed the pump and filter approaches for the cooling and exhaust functions and then created the overall product configuration based on manufacturing, assembly, service, and ergonomic concerns. We developed the apperance design, detailed all molded, machined, and fabricated parts, and managed the prototyping process for Cerionx.
