This system, which is mounted on an agricultural planter, uses a foam based insecticide product to reduce water consumption and concentrate crop protection exactly where it is needed. Phase One Design developed the overall form of the rotation molded tanks and well as the heavy gauge sheet metal frame assembly for both internal component mounting and for attachment to the planter. We also optimized the configuration of the pumps, valves, and controls in the front enclosure.
