Manufacturing Assistance

Whether it’s just improving the appearance or ergonomics of an existing product or bringing a new technology into the market, we can help your company bring your concept to life. We can address every aspect of user experience.

We’re not just a pretty face. Phase One Design team members are experts at figuring out how your product should work, how it should be manufactured, how it should be assembled, and how it should be serviced.

We stay with you until production units are going out the door, managing the development, prototyping, and manufacturing procurement process. We can develop the specifications and quality control documentation to make sure that your product will reliably perform it’s function.

What We Can Do For You

We can make your product fit the user, we can make it look great, and we can make it manufacturable. We can also give your products a brand language. Our CAD work is done in Solidworks and Pro/Engineer Creo, the two most widely used 3D design software packages available. If needed we are happy to design on other platforms including Onshape, and Fusion 360.

Mockup work, breadboard construction, and testing are mostly done on site. Beyond that, we make use of our network of suppliers, built over 25 years of experience. We are not manufacturers, but we sure know how to get things made, both in prototype and production quantities.
